This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies solely to California residents, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information for the business purposes described in our Privacy Policy: providing the service, billing, product improvement, customer support, and security. We do not use personal information for purposes materially different from those disclosed.
Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
MentionFox does not sell your personal information. We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA
- Right to Know — You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the business purpose, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared.
- Right to Delete — You may request deletion of your personal information. See our Data Deletion page for the process.
- Right to Correct — You may request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale — We do not sell personal information. No opt-out is needed.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by CCPA.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@mentionfox.com with the subject line "CCPA Request." We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
