Case Studies — Live Measurement, Not Marketing

Every case study below was set up the same way: pick a real brand, run the seven-LLM panel for a baseline, document the 30-day plan in advance, then run Autopilot and report the final score whether it moved or not. The methodology is fixed before the result. That is how we avoid cherry-picking.

Live cases

In progress

RiteKit

5 → ?

Day-zero baseline measured 2026-05-09. 4.55% raw cite rate across the four-engine baseline panel. Top competitors named: Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social. 30-day Autopilot run is live. Final score lands June 8, 2026.

Case 02 — B2B SaaS

[Day 0]

Coming after the RiteKit run completes. Different category, different starting density.

Case 03 — Agency Client

[Day 0]

Agency-managed brand. Tests whether Autopilot output holds up when an agency is the operator, not the brand owner.

How we run a case study

The protocol is locked in advance and published with each case. The same protocol is used regardless of the result we expect.

  1. Day 0 baseline. The seven-LLM panel runs against the brand's domain with persona-aware queries. Win rate, conditional matches, and cite rate are logged per engine. Top competitors named in the panel are recorded.
  2. Plan published before run. The 30-day Autopilot configuration (which queries to target, how aggressively to publish, which engines to train conversationally) is written down before day 1. No mid-run plan changes.
  3. Daily measurement. The panel runs nightly. Score, engine breakdown, and content shipped that day are logged.
  4. Day 30 final. The full panel runs again under the same query set as day 0. Result published whether it moved or did not.
  5. Open methodology. Every case links to the same methodology page, the same score-explained page. Anyone can replicate the protocol.
The cherry-picking guarantee: if a 30-day case fails to move the score, we publish it anyway with the post-mortem. We will not curate the case studies down to wins.
