MentionFox keeps a full log of every scan you have run, including the query, platforms, timestamp, number of results, and status. Use scan history to track performance over time and quickly re-run effective queries.
Navigate to a client's War Room and open the Scans tab. The scan history table shows all past scans sorted by date, most recent first. Each row displays the scan query, platforms targeted, number of mentions found, and whether it was a manual or auto-scan run. Click any row to expand and see the full results from that scan.
Found a query that consistently produces great leads? Click the Re-run button on any past scan to launch it again with the same parameters. This is useful for recurring manual scans that you have not yet set up as auto-scans. Re-running creates a new scan record so you can compare results over time.
Over time, scan history reveals patterns. You might notice that mentions spike after a competitor's product update, or that certain platforms consistently produce more leads than others. Use these insights to refine your monitoring strategy. The Client War Room Dashboard also surfaces scan run history for a quick overview without diving into individual client records.
