HubSpot Integration

Connect MentionFox to HubSpot CRM to sync enriched leads bi-directionally. Push contacts discovered through scans and Foxtrails directly into your HubSpot pipeline, and import existing HubSpot contacts into MentionFox for enrichment and dossier generation.

Connecting HubSpot

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Integrations.
  2. Click Connect HubSpot.
  3. You will be redirected to HubSpot's OAuth authorization page. MentionFox requests read access to contacts and companies, and write access to create new contacts.
  4. Authorize the connection. You will be redirected back to MentionFox with a confirmation.

Pushing leads to HubSpot

Once connected, you can push any enriched lead from Dealflow to HubSpot with one click. MentionFox maps the following fields:

If a contact with the same email already exists in HubSpot, MentionFox updates the existing record rather than creating a duplicate.

Importing HubSpot contacts

You can also import contacts from HubSpot into MentionFox Dealflow. Go to Dealflow → Import → HubSpot and search your HubSpot contacts by company name. Imported contacts can then be enriched, have dossiers generated, and be added to outreach sequences.

Syncing deal stages

MentionFox maps its Dealflow pipeline stages to HubSpot deal stages. When you move a lead through your MentionFox pipeline, the corresponding HubSpot deal is updated automatically. You can customize the stage mapping in Settings → Integrations → HubSpot → Stage Mapping.
