Managing Your Profile

Manage your MentionFox account settings, profile information, team members, and billing from the Settings page. Everything you need to configure your workspace lives here.

Profile settings

Go to Settings → Profile to update your name, email, profile photo, and timezone. Your timezone affects when email notifications are sent and how dates appear throughout the dashboard. Your profile photo appears in team views and client portal reports.

Company profile

Go to Settings → Company Profile to set your company name, website, industry, and logo. This information is used in white-label reports, client portals, and outbound emails. Agency and Enterprise plans can upload a custom logo that replaces the MentionFox branding in reports.

Security

Change your password from Settings → Profile → Change Password. MentionFox supports Google sign-in — if you signed up with Google, you can add a password for direct login as a backup.

Email preferences

Control which notifications you receive: scan completion alerts, new mention notifications, weekly digest emails, and team activity updates. Go to Settings → Notifications to toggle each type on or off.

Data and privacy

Export all your data (mentions, contacts, scans, reports) from Settings → Data Export. MentionFox complies with GDPR and CCPA. You can request full account deletion by contacting support.

Danger zone

At the bottom of Settings, you can delete your account. This permanently removes all your data — clients, scans, mentions, contacts, reports, sequences, and Dealflow leads. This action cannot be undone.

Quick steps

  1. Go to Settings → Profile tab
  2. Update your display name, company, title, and email
  3. Set your Sales Tokens: calendar link, phone, LinkedIn URL
  4. Configure email notification preferences for scans, mentions, and summaries
  5. Enable two-factor authentication in the Security section
