Fox Compare: 30-Dimension People Comparison
Compare 2 to 3 people side-by-side across 30 professional dimensions. Fox Compare builds a full comparison report from public data — the subjects never know they were compared. 5 credits per person.
How to run a comparison
- Go to People → Compare in the sidebar.
- Search for people by name. Add 2 to 3 people to compare.
- Choose a comparison context — what are you evaluating them for? Select a preset (e.g. "Potential Partners," "Co-founders," "Executive Hire") or write a custom context.
- Optionally search for a specific profession to fine-tune the evaluation lens (e.g. "Architect," "VP Engineering," "Litigation Attorney").
- Click Compare. The report generates in about a minute.
What the report includes
The comparison report has several sections:
- Key Insights — 10 numbered narrative observations comparing all people in context, highlighting complementary strengths, gaps, and risks.
- Ranking — Final 1st/2nd/3rd ranking with reasoning for each position and an overall recommendation.
- Radar Chart — Visual overlay across 5 categories: Expertise, Leadership, Personality, Professional Profile, and Culture & Fit.
- Category Averages — Bar charts showing each person's aggregate score per category.
- 30 Dimension Scores — Individual score bars (1-10) for every dimension, grouped by category. Dimensions include Knowledge Depth, Industry Experience, Leadership Style, Team Building, Communication Style, Conflict Resolution, Network Strength, Culture Fit, Tenure Pattern, and 21 more.
- Dimension Notes — Per-dimension, per-person explanation of the score with specific evidence from public data.
Sharing and exporting
Every comparison report can be exported as PDF, shared via link, or saved to a client with the buttons at the top of the report. Shared reports are white-label on Agency and Enterprise plans.
Tip: Use Fox Compare after running Candidate Evaluations. Evaluate each person individually first (15cr each), then compare them (5cr each) to see how they stack up against each other for the same role.
