Lead Detail View
Click any lead card in Dealflow to open the lead detail drawer. This is your command center for everything about a prospect -- identity, intelligence, activity history, and outreach tools.
Header Section
At the top of the drawer you see:
- Name and avatar -- resolved from enrichment or the platform profile picture.
- Job title and company -- with a link to the company's website.
- Stage selector -- change the pipeline stage directly from here.
- Source badge -- which platform and mention brought this lead in.
Contact Info
Enriched contact details appear here:
- Email addresses (personal and work, with confidence scores).
- Phone number (if found via deep enrichment).
- LinkedIn, Twitter/X, GitHub, and other social profile links.
- Location and timezone -- useful for scheduling outreach at the right time.
Dossier Tab
The dossier is a comprehensive intelligence profile. See Dossier Sections Explained for full details. Key sections visible here:
- Professional background and career timeline.
- Communication style analysis.
- Pain points and priorities (extracted from their public posts).
- Shadow network -- connections and mutual contacts.
- Vulnerability timeline -- upcoming events or pressures that create urgency.
Activity Timeline
A chronological log of every interaction with this lead:
- When the lead was created and from which mention.
- Enrichment events (light enrichment, deep enrichment, dossier generation).
- Emails sent and their status (delivered, opened, replied, bounced).
- Stage changes.
- Notes added by you or team members.
Notes
Add free-text notes after calls, meetings, or when you learn something new about the lead. Notes are timestamped and visible to all team members. They also feed into Fox Says recommendations -- the more context you provide, the smarter the AI coaching becomes.
Action Buttons
- Start Sequence -- enroll the lead in an outreach sequence.
- Deep Enrich -- run a full OSINT enrichment to build a complete dossier.
- View Original Mention -- jump to the source conversation.
- Export -- download the lead's data as a JSON or CSV record.
Tip: Before your first outreach, make sure the lead has at least a light enrichment completed. Sending a cold email to "hey Reddit user" is far less effective than addressing someone by name at their company.
