Using Evaluation Reports with Greenhouse
Step-by-step guide for importing candidate evaluations into Greenhouse ATS
1. Attach PDF Report to Candidate Profile
Upload the evaluation as a file attachment
- In the evaluate page, click Export PDF to download the report
- In Greenhouse, navigate to the candidate's profile
- Click Details tab → Attachments section
- Click Upload File and select the PDF
- The evaluation will be visible to all interviewers on the hiring team
2. Import Interview Questions into Interview Kits
Use AI-generated questions in your interview process
- On the evaluation results, click Copy All Questions
- In Greenhouse, go to Configure → Interview Kits
- Edit the relevant interview kit and paste the questions
- Each question includes "Why ask this" and "Good answer signal" — add these as interviewer guidance notes
3. Import CSV Data into Custom Fields
Track evaluation scores alongside Greenhouse data
- Click Export CSV from the evaluation results
- In Greenhouse, create custom candidate fields: Overall Score, Technical Score, Recommendation
- Use Greenhouse's bulk import or manually enter scores on the candidate profile
- This enables filtering and sorting candidates by evaluation scores
4. Share Evaluation Link with Hiring Committee
Quick access without file downloads
- Click Share on the evaluation results to copy a shareable link
- Paste the link in Greenhouse candidate notes or Slack
- Anyone with the link can view the full evaluation — no login required
All exports use your agency branding. No third-party branding is visible in any report — your clients see only your agency's identity.
